Meet the Pilot

My name is Scott Schoepflin - I am an UAS (drone) Pilot and the Owner of The Grateful Drone.

I have my FAA certified Part 107 Commercial Drone Pilot license, and am also a sUAS (drone) Certified Infrared Thermographer.

I have 4 years flying experience, and am currently the contract drone pilot for a commercial real estate company headquartered in San Francisco, California.

An US Navy veteran of Desert Storm, I've spent the past decade working in information technology. First as a Help Desk Tech, and worked my way to an IT Administrator.

Also an avid motorcycle rider, and I'm hoping to eventually combine both drone and bike passions into a career.
